You provide<\/strong> \u2013 account\/profile (name, email, phone, country), support messages\/attachments, payments\/KYC (if applicable; we do <strong>not<\/strong> store full card PAN\/CVV), preferences (favorites, watchlist, language\/genre).<br><strong>B. Automatically<\/strong> \u2013 device\/TV model, OS\/app version, device identifiers (e.g., Android ID), IP address, timezone; crash\/diagnostic logs; usage &amp; playback telemetry (visited screens, buffering\/bitrate\/errors, EPG interactions, \u201ccontinue watching\u201d progress); approximate location from IP for availability\/QoS\/fraud.<br><strong>C. From partners (where applicable)<\/strong> \u2013 login providers (as permitted), payment processors (transaction status\/metadata), hosting\/CDN\/analytics telemetry needed to operate the Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Advertising IDs:<\/strong> Our Android TV app <strong>does not use<\/strong> advertising IDs or ad SDKs at this time. If that changes, we\u2019ll update this Policy and provide in-app disclosure\/controls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>4) How we use information<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Provide the Services:<\/strong> account\/login, streaming, EPG, recommendations, resume playback.<\/li><li><strong>Operate &amp; improve:<\/strong> performance monitoring, debugging, analytics, A\/B testing, feature development.<\/li><li><strong>Communications:<\/strong> service\/transactional messages (e.g., subscription status, policy\/terms updates, incident notices).<\/li><li><strong>Safety &amp; compliance:<\/strong> fraud\/abuse prevention, legal\/regulatory obligations, enforcing our Terms.<\/li><li><strong>Consent-based features:<\/strong> where required (e.g., optional analytics), we rely on <strong>consent<\/strong>; otherwise, on contract, legitimate interests, or legal obligation.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We <strong>do not sell<\/strong> personal information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>5) App permissions (Android\/TV)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We request only what\u2019s needed for core features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Typical:<\/strong> internet\/network, wake\/keep-alive, storage\/cache for artwork\/EPG.<\/li><li><strong>Not used by default:<\/strong> <strong>CAMERA<\/strong>, <strong>MICROPHONE<\/strong>, <strong>READ_PHONE_STATE<\/strong>. If a future feature requires a sensitive permission, we will show a <strong>prominent in-app disclosure<\/strong>, request <strong>affirmative consent<\/strong>, and update this Policy and our Google Play disclosures.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>6) Cookies &amp; similar technologies (website)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We use necessary cookies\/local storage for login, security, and preferences, and may use analytics cookies to improve the site. Where required, we display a <strong>cookie banner<\/strong> with a link to <strong>Cookie preferences<\/strong> so you can accept\/reject non-essential cookies. You can also control cookies in your browser (some features may not work without them).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>7) Sharing information<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We share limited data with <strong>service providers<\/strong> who operate under contract and process data on our behalf for hosting\/CDN, analytics, crash diagnostics, payments, email\/SMS, and customer support. We may also share for <strong>business transfers<\/strong> (merger\/acquisition) and for <strong>legal\/safety<\/strong> reasons (to comply with law, prevent fraud\/security incidents, protect rights). We may publish <strong>aggregated\/de-identified<\/strong> insights that do not reasonably identify you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>8) Data residency &amp; international transfers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We <strong>store and process personal data only in India<\/strong> and <strong>do not transfer<\/strong> personal data outside India.<br>If this changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, provide <strong>prominent notice<\/strong> and obtain <strong>consent<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>9) Retention<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Account data:<\/strong> while the account is active + <strong>12\u201324 months<\/strong> for queries\/compliance.<\/li><li><strong>Playback\/usage logs:<\/strong> <strong>30\u2013365 days<\/strong> (raw); aggregated statistics may be kept longer.<\/li><li><strong>Support records:<\/strong> <strong>24 months<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Payment\/tax records:<\/strong> <strong>5\u20138 years<\/strong> (as required by law).<br>When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it per our retention policy.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>10) Your rights &amp; choices<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on your location, you may have the right to <strong>access<\/strong>, <strong>correct<\/strong>, <strong>delete<\/strong>, <strong>withdraw consent<\/strong>, <strong>object\/restrict<\/strong>, and <strong>port<\/strong> your data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to submit:<\/strong> email <strong>sandip@panmetroconvergence.com<\/strong> (subject: \u201cPrivacy Request\u201d) or contact the <strong>Grievance Officer<\/strong>. We may request identity verification. We aim to respond within <strong>one month<\/strong> (India).<br><strong>Manage preferences:<\/strong> use in-message unsubscribe or app settings for communications; toggle analytics\/crash (if provided) in app <strong>Settings<\/strong>; adjust cookies via browser or our <strong>Cookie preferences<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>11) Account &amp; data deletion (via email request)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can delete your account and associated personal data <strong>by email only<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Send an email to <strong>sandip@panmetroconvergence.com<\/strong> from your <strong>registered email address<\/strong> with the subject \u201c<strong>Delete my account<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li><li>If you can\u2019t access your registered email, write to us and we will guide you through <strong>identity verification<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What happens next<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>We queue your account for deletion, log you out of active sessions, and remove profile data, viewing history, and saved preferences.<\/li><li>Backups and records required by law (e.g., tax\/financial) are retained only as necessary, then purged.<\/li><li>We aim to complete deletion within <strong>30 days<\/strong> (India: <strong>one month<\/strong>).<\/li><li>We\u2019ll send a <strong>confirmation email<\/strong> once deletion is complete or explain if we need more information to verify the request.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(For Google Play, you may link to this section from \u201cData deletion\u201d in Play Console.)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>12) Security<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We use reasonable technical and organizational measures: TLS in transit; encryption or segregation for key data at rest; least-privilege access; credential hashing; audit logging; backups; and regular reviews. No method is 100% secure\u2014please use strong passwords and keep devices updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>13) Children\u2019s privacy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Services are <strong>not directed to children<\/strong>. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children (as defined by applicable law; in India, generally under <strong>18<\/strong>).
